Pick 'n Pay and I-Store vouchers
On 3 November 2018 I bought an Apple I-store card to the value of R250 from Pick 'n Pay Madelief - that is in Dorandia (Pretoria North) - Upon payment my card was rejected and I was treated really bad. I was informed that my card is not valid or I had no money available. Upon the appearance of a supervisor the cashier was informed that the store on accepts cash for such items. Really? If this is the case the store should inform its customers as such - at least. It is embarrassing if you support a store for many years and then such an incident occurs.
I reported the matter to the manager in charge - he was just as bad and was rather abusive to say the least. he then confirmed the fact that they only take cash for such cards/vouchers.
On the same day I proceeded to register a complaint with the Pick 'n Pay Head Office - again no reply - not even a peep. Pick 'n Pay - Shame on You!!!!
