Pick n Pay and BP - Most useless reward system

This smart shopper partnership between Pick n Pay and BP is a ****.

They used to have a Friday promotion where if you fuelled up, you earned double points but every Friday the machines were always offline at numerous BP garages.

As if that wasn't enough, I have over the last three weeks been filling up my trucks and car at BP and I've lost so much on points wherein I could have simply gone to Shell or Engen who have proper benefits that are loaded instantly and one is updated regularly.

They tell you, one can't swipe over 200litres in points, where have they ever notified us as consumers of such a stupid limitation? To prove them wrong, I proceeded to swipe ONLY R100 which is round about an odd 7 litres and the damn thing still said offline!

This needs to be rectified least BP loses our trucks and our entire network as customers. Pick n Pay ecpress will also be hammered on the same footing.
