Pick 'n Pay and bottles - horrific service

Placed an order on the bottles app yesterday which was scheduled to be delivered between 11am and midday yesterday. Then the time gets rescheduled to 3pm-4pm so I made arrangements to be home to collect the delivery.... and guess what? It never shows up. I've emailed customer support and haven't received any feedback as yet. I've sent countless messages on the bottles app however the guys that rep**** were of ZERO help and gave me no feedback on where the order is. I'm done with this **** service, never again. I just want a refund and I'll never deal with you again. Customers, please stick with checkers.
