Pick n Pay and Bottles

Bottles order #658987. This order was placed on the 21st December and was never delivered. I queried and was told on the 22nd December that they cannot get a hold of the driver and that my funds will be reversed. It is the 31st December and still nothing has been reversed. And when querying again no one responds...this is getting highly blady annoying and I want that reversal done today!!!! Helluva pathetic service from Pick n Pay and the Bottles app they use!!!
