Pick n pay Alex mall the worst!!

I am absolutely disgusted at the service at pick n pay Alex mall firstly at 10:30 am you only have 2 cashiers( not your friendliest ones might i add) and it is soooo busy the 2 ques had at least more then 10 people in each waiting yet your staff is walking around buying their own things and your supervisors are busy attending to the staff not us the customers , I understand people get tea times but what sense does it make to only have 2 till open when its busy. secondly i think you need to teach your cashiers some serous customer service firstly I'm not their friend that they do not have to greet or inform me when they going to serve they friends before me, when I have been standing in the Que for 20mins . and as for talking their langue after you have informed them that you do not UNDERSTAND!!! what is the business langue of communication at pick n pay because really if its not English let me know and i will shop somewhere else.
