Pick 'n Pay Alex Mall

Earlier today, I went into Pick 'n Pay (Alex Mall), I stood in a queue where there was only one person in front of me. When it was my turn to pay the cashier helped someone else instead of me and I let it slide. Again I made an attempt to pay, and I was then instructed to go to the next till. I went to the next till and was told that I need to pay somewhere else. In conclusion; no one wanted to assist me and the staff members I dealt with was impolite and rude, therefore I was left with no choice but to leave the store.
