Pick 'n pay Aim Stove

I bought an AIM 2 plate stove at picknpay 3 months ago, I hadn't even used the oven 3 times then the door goes loose. when i take it back to picknpay they tell me that they have a 7 day return policy, a policy that is not written in any of the papers they gave me. They were telling me about an agreement they have with their supplier, which i they never told me initially. The stove came with a 12 month guarantee. i ha to argue it which was when the manager decided to take the stove and say they'd call me. I bought a stove because i didn't have a stove to cook. now i have no stove, no money.
