Pick 'n Pay Aim Products

<p>Please be informed regarding purchasing any AIM products from PIck n Pay. I have purchased an AIM television and the remote control fell and doesn't work any longer the problem is that the side controls are disabled and the remote is the only way the television can work. The model of the remote control model RC-N38 with part number 6010n03800</p> <p> </p> <p>Naturally I called Pick n Pay and requested a remote control, only to be told that I need to speak directly to the supplier. Really speak directly to the supplier ? Ok I did call up the supplier only to be told 'we no longer supply Pick n Pay, you need to speak to them ' Pick n Pay obviously can't assist .</p> <p> </p> <p>The concern is simple why sell products when no one has a clue on after sales and support of these products.</p> <p>?</p> <p> </p> <p>I feel as though I have a television which can't be used and would probably be fit as an ornament instead of its actual use because Pick n Pay doesn't support the products they sell...especially with reference to AIM products</p>
