Pick n Pay

Pick n Pay clothing at westcoast village, Table View left a bitter taste for me after my horrible unwelcome experience there. I popped in before 18h to browse and see if there's something I like. As I entered the door, Asanda, the "manager" if you that is what ypu want to call her, said I must spray my hands and I told her I have my own thank you (due to extremely sensitive skin I carry my own). She called me back and said I must stand under the camera and show the camera that I sanitise my hands. Firstly, this is NOT how you treat a customer! Secondly, sanitising hands is not a law, but for hygiene purposes which I am very well aware of and have been doing so for years, way before the Covid 19 outbreak when people only realised then the importance of keep their hands clean. Then I wanted to fit some clothes on and one of the other younger girls on the floor told me it is almost 6pm and that they are closing at 6pm. It made me so uncomfortable and unwelcome. Clearly Pick n Pay has gone backwards and it is becoming worse. Definitely NOT worth spending a cent there. This does not even deserve one star for rating.
