Pick N Pay accounts - untrained instore staff

I have tried everything including phone calls email and visiting the store only to get nowhere!! Six months of having a facility of a pick n pay credit card sold to me in store I have had nothing but headaches. GBS whom I last called followed with a sms of how to do a bank transfer via sms but on the public recipients there is no option for paying pick n pay. The tellers at pick n pay treat the card as a way of earning points and swipe unknowingly wen you wish to pay your account. Three attempts failed and having paid cash at a branch my card is blocked!!! Seriously what about the email asking for someone to call me and the call to speak to someone to resolve it!!! ? I get music and no reply and Head Office is handling my account, is there anything between a service and the service providers as the staff of Pick n pay are not trained to pay for an account and my last shop the teller rather added more credit to my account than payment to the bill- is there a means of closing this account once and for all and never having to try be patient with *********** people! Perhaps there is a short way to close a service you are not getting?! Beyond grateful for my simple life of no store cards and credit facilities the ones that are offered are not worth having and my experience with the Puck N Pay store card has been nothing but frustration- staff have no idea about the credit account facility

Hi Caroline,

Please accept our apologies for the lack in communication for the Store Card Division.

We view this  in a very serious light, we are busy addressing this with our management team.

We value you as a Pick n Pay customer and are committed to improve continually on our service levels.

Kind regards,
The Pick n Pay Team

Please can you contact me to close off this issue as I have had it for six months and really can't see a way forward - I have given it time - RCS are not handling this well either with incomplete information. I have done my part to try and pay for a bill and a service and it is proving not worth having!
