Pick n Pay account card linking -

Pick n Pay say to open a account with them is Easy and simple....... NO TRUE I struggle now for two weeks to link my Smart Shopper card to my account. Every time I phone they said it is be investigate NO time line can be given, this is bullsh*t I open this account for a reason and I am Not able to use it
