Pick n Pay abusive relationship

I cannot believe how poor the service is with your ASAP department, I placed an order at 13h00 and the ETA was between 3 and 4 and now all of sudden it's tomorrow. Where is the sense of urgency, would I buy today what I need for tomorrow? What's wrong with you guys? Please see to it that my items are delivered today or process a refund now so I can walk to the store. The audacity for your customer care team to tell me the store hasn't processed the order, who's problem is that? I don't even want to start with the team on your WhatsApp chat. I need this sorted now!
