Pick n Pay - Absolutely Shocking Service – Unreliable & Zero Accountability

I am beyond frustrated with Pick n Pay’s shocking service. I placed an order at at 3 PM and upon checking my app later, I see delivery is scheduled for tomorrow morning—without any communication or consideration for my needs. I will not be home tomorrow morning, so who exactly are they delivering to?

To make matters worse, I called customer service (Ref No. ***), and the agent said she would contact the store. I briefly missed her call while I was cooking, only to receive an SMS saying my query was "completed." How is it completed when no one has given me feedback or a solution? Now I’m stuck holding on the line for 11 minutes, trying to get through again.

This is not the first time I’ve had issues with Pick n Pay, and I am done with their unreliable service. If they cannot deliver my order today as promised, they need to refund me immediately—not in 5 working days. Their complete lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable. Avoid using their online ordering unless you want endless frustration!
