Pick n Pay ASAP ***!!

Order accepted at 13h34 and still not delivered at 16h14. Confused my order with another customers, got called to accept delivery only to find out it was the other customers order (rectified with the driver and 1 hour later still no delivery - despite pnp gordons bay being 750 meters away from me!!) Totally unacceptable considering I paid for this service.

To add to this, I just received my order (16h27) but had to drive to find the driver as he got list .. Pick n Pay ... ***
