Pick n Pay
Good day
I'm ordered on pick n pay online for goods which got delivered on 29 January 2020. I then realised that I ordered 2 wrong items and decided to get an exchange at Maponya Mall. The cashier supervisor or manager then said they couldn't help me.
What is the point of having a chain store if we can't use it? Is this how pick n pay works?
The last time this store had a helpful manager was in 2018. I'm not impressed with this chain, your customer service is below par, constantly reminded by your branch in Newtown mall. Rude cashiers plus their supervisors, unhelpful, leave the elderly unhelped and hanging. Please advise what do I do with these goods I don't want?
