Pick N Pay

Website does not work when trying to order groceries online, my smart shopping card won't link to my account in order for me to login to make purchases, I can see my cell phone number is linked to the smart shopper card yet I do not receive any sms's with OTP pin for me to proceed to make an order!

This has not just happened to me but to my girlfriend aswell who is also unable to login with her smart shopper card and also does not receive sms's even though we have had the same cell phone numbers for 10+ years...
