Pick n Pay

On the 15th November 2022 i did groceries at Westwood Mall branch I bought shirt cut spaghetti Three weeks later when i opened the tin It was full of a watery red juice abd a few vegetables. I took a pic of the tin bar code and contents and sent it to customer care. The feed back was shocking and dismissive.....they wanted all my personal details which was fine but i must take the tin back and the slip to the store. I dont think many people keep groceries slips as private individual's or are prepared to travel with a tin of sloppy juice. I definately wont be back in one of their stores but they have millions of other customers so why would they care. Spar group care way more for their customers
