Pick n Pay

Good day, I ordered online with Pick n Pay Asap at exactly 12:07 and only after I had ordered did they show me delivery time which was at 16:00pm. So I pick n pay ASAP number to find out why would it take 4hours to just do grocery. I spoke to a lady called Thulisa who promised to call me back by 1pm. It is now 14:04 as I write this and no one has called to give feed back as to why an order would take 4hours to be delivered. @Pick n Pay I made it very specific that I had bought things on that list that I’d like to have for lunch but not even one person had any sense of emergency to respond back or as to even say why would it take so long for the grocery list to be delivered. It’s unbelievable how Pick n pay has got no interest whatsoever on their consumers
