Pick N Pay 3 Arts Plumstead Closing Times

I get to the store at19:10 and am met with a closed door and others reacting the same as me, questioning why.

Asking the security lady, she says "It is not up to me, ask the manager". As such, I asked for the manager to get an explanation.

Please keep in mind, all signage shows that the store is open until 20:00.

The manager then proceeds to tell me that there is a sign outside that states that they now close at 19:00. Remember, all signage on the store itself shows at 20:00. When bringing this up, the manager just shrugged it off and said "It will be changed in due time".

If I am not mistaken, due time is when the change is put into effect. Not to mention, there is more than one way to approach the store, so if you are coming from the lower entrance, there is no sign at all.

Discussing customer service, what are they thinking...
