Pick n Pay

Pick n Pay Heathway Square, I often buy goods from them, as it is a convenient location for me. The queues are terribly long as they only ever have 2 or 3 tills open, their service is terrible. The shelves are more often than not empty, which leads me to go to another store to buy what I need as they don't have it in stock. Today I bought food from them, got to the car to open it up, it tasted unusual so I checked the expiry date only to find that it expired in December 2021. I took it back to the store where I was told to go and replace it with the same item myself, and all of the stock of that product had the same expiry date. The lady helping me did not greet me properly, she did not apologize once and when I politely suggested that they go through their stock to see what has expired to avoid this in the future she was extremely rude and made what I suggested out to be a joke.
