Pick n pay

Does pick n pay in trade route mall, love to have their customers stand in ques while waiting to pay. For a month end Saturday 27 August there was only 4 cashier's available and the cashier from teller 5 left her till ,to walk around and have a conversation with her colleagues ,while many customers where waiting in a que to pay . Can pick n pay please minimise their ques at pay points, especially during covid.#WIN
