PICK N PAY
if i coudl give pick n pay a ZERO rating i would !!!!! Pick n pay Richards bay Boardwalk should clearly close down!!! i shop there everyday but unfortunately wait there for over 30mins at time. I work in the mall so i basically spend my whole lunch time in their que. its pathetic they have over 10 tills with only 4 tills opened on a ****** month end . the staff told me to speak to the manager i did speak to him and he said they are all off as they are cutting staff time, but thats not my problem. as a customer i feel thats not fair. 22 Jul 2019, 14:37Thanks for the response, the best thing yiur management can do to reduce waiting time is to add more cashiers to yourls vacant till points seeing as theres plenty. that way you wont get any compliants, waiting is fine which happens at most stores, but waiting cause theres no staff thats not cool , especialluy cause i am pregnant and have to get back to work. If Pick n pay wasnt convenient for me then i wouldnt come there in the first place
