Good day,since I reported the matter from last month about a cashier who's mistreated me in store the Manager Thabo promised to escalate the matter when the cashier comes back from the leave since then nothing happened and the cashier is back from the leave I haven't been called by Thabo since he promised to do so now it seems like they don't take customer's complaints or feelings seriously I'm not satisfied at all kindly assist as I'm writing to you now to interfere because I'm afraid to buy there knowing that I have unresolved issue what if she has to service me again?
