Today I went to do shopping at Pick n Pay, Southernwood, East London. I have been there numerous times and have always encountered a personally bad experience. Today in particular, the vibe was VERY unappreciated, particularly from an employee who I had encountered last week under different circumstances, at Social Development where he, out of the blue, showed me some disturbing images on his phone. As he stood there he spoke some personal details concerning myself to another individual and pointed at me. I am disgusted as these were once my very customers whom I had never treated in such a manner and in fact resigned because of such disturbing behaviour in such a personal effect. I had a trolley full of groceries in which I turned and actually wanted tell this man more than just a few !@#$%%^ words, in which I partly already voiced, however left the trolley and walked out. In fact I really hope that the environment I removed myself from still serves those employees well as I spent 14 years serving them in order to have a better service. (This type of behaviour and speak affects my son and my mother and makes me question my safety now as well as before within my previous employment) THE SERVICE GOES AGAINST NOT ONLY HUMAN RIGHTS OF PEOPLE, BUT AGAINST RIGHTS OF CUSTOMERS! If employees have a personal injustice towards myself they should be taking to the correct authorities through the correct channels. As they as my past customers NEVER EVER received such personally prying derogative service from me.
