Pick n Pay
I went to a Pick n Pay branch and i was approached to open up a pick n pay store account.
i was told that if i purchase for more than R500 on my first purchase, i will receive R200 back in my account.
i was also told that if i dont have a balance outstanding at month end, i will NOT be charged the R10 monthly fee.
so i purchased for R509.84 and paid R310 in the next 2 days after i purchase.
Now i am receiving letters from RCS saying that i need to pay R231.29.
this is not fair and painting a very bad picture for pick n pay.
