Pick ‘n Pay *******

I tried ordering on Pick ‘n Pay asap this past Saturday and the order failed but they took the money. I requested a refund and the app said it would take 2 hours, I was that patient. 2 hours turned into 5 hours. I emailed & tried calling but I did not succeed. Next day I called and they picked up, we talked and I was told it would take 24 hours for the refund. 24 hours later still no money. Looks like I’m not the only one who’s going through this ******* with Pick ‘n Pay.
