Pick n Pau - Newly Launched Potato Bake

We purchased a new product launched called Creamy Potato Bake, well the potatoes felt as if they has just been sliced and not cooked with the sauce poured over and a few bits of grated cheese.

Even after 45 minutes in the oven, potatoes were still hard, not pleasant at all. Unfortunately we had guests for dinner and I had to serve this dish, a pity as we all agreed the potatoes were hard.

Other than that the sauce was lovely, could have a bit more cheese sprinkled over the sauce.

There must surely be quality checks on food such as this prior to prepackaging to ensure taste and texture. Not sure I'll purchase this product again, such a pity.
