Pick 'n PATHETIC!

A 13 piece plasticware set advertised at R54.95 until 1/11/20. I arrived to purchase on that date, no stock available. Spoke to Micayle (supervisor), who gave me a 'raincheck' and advised I would be contacted when stock replenished. I return to store today as promotional item renewed ... no call and no stock ?! Spoke to manager Thabo. Manager advises that he needs to find the barcode at another store before we can proceed. I am left waiting for 15+ minutes without any acknowledgement regarding this matter. At this point I decide to leave the store as I have just about used up my weekly quota for incompetence. At times like this I wonder if we'll not be better off with an 'Amazon.co.za' instead...
