pick n pains

<p>My family and i are regulars at this store as it is unfortunately close to home. the service is pathetic, below mediocre. My mum normally gets a pensioner discount on a Wednesday without problems. However, there is a particular manager/supervisor who for whatever stupid reason who refuses to give it to my mum whenever she is on duty. why is this? why do the other supervisors/managers work differently from her? by differently i mean they are friendly, helpful, know my mum as a regular and never question her. But today, this very same rude and ****** supervisor/manager asks my mum for her ID. this same rude supervisor/manager gets another rude, unfriendly, unhelpful colleague. i am sick and tired of their attitudes!!!!!!! will definitely be shopping elsewhere! thank you so much for the way we as loyal customers are treated!
