Pick n Pa Cresta - clothes have holes

Pick n Pay Cresta! I bought a pair of black pants over the weekend - I know my size and chose accordingly - when I got home and put the pants on to go to dinner there was a huge hole where the seem had separated on the right leg. The same thing with a pair of pajamas - hole where the seem should be between the legs!! Two items of clothing with holes in??????
