Pick n ASAP Deliveted Rotten food

I placed an order on the pick n pay asap mobile app. The order was picked up from the shop by the driver on 1 October 2022 but it was not delivered to me until the next day. The meat was rotten and the frozen stuff inside was no longer frozen, mostly likely also rotten. Some of the items like veggies were dirty and squashed like something heavy was sitting on top of them. I’ve been emailing the pick n pay asap team daily trying to get my refund in vain
