Pick me Pay ASAP worst delivery service EVER

Pick n pay ASAP is the worst experience I have had with any delivery app. Order last night on app showed will still deliver @19h00. Then when groceries did not arrived phoned them said store closed will arrange for delivery @ 17h00 the next day as I am at work during the day. In morning at 08h00 got notification that driver is on his way to deliver, this after lady at call centre assured me delivery will only be at 17h00. Phoned call centre again they apologised and said driver will take groceries back to store and deliver @ 17h00. Got home waited phoned again as no delivery took place said I should wait till 18h00. Phoned again after 18h00 as no groceries delivered...informed that shop is closed and they can only deliver tomorrow or refund in wallet. I am angry and disappointed in the service I received...will never order from them again and would advise anyone to rather order with CHECKERS 60 who has always kept their promises and have never disappointed me. STAY AWAY from Pick n Pay ASAP...they can not deliver and make false promises.
