PICK & BULLY AT PICK & PAY

Pick & Pay Blue Hills, Midrand. In principal the Consumer Protection Act provides for the exchange of products. On 14 December 2020 I had sent an employee to purchase me sigarets. As it turn-out the purchase was incorrect and was immediate presented to Pick & Pay to exchange. Pick & Pay had rejected it with attitude that was unbecoming. The latter part would be the norm as this Pick & Pay fails badly in its customer services. My argument stays that clothing can be returned and exchanged, however sealed products with proof of purchase can not. This is without merit and frankly very obscure and discriminative and would love to see how this policy came into being.

Greetings,

The numbers listed means nothing as when I called them there response was that each pick and bully has its own rules, thus they are unable to assist me. Irrespective the attitude that one wonders if its not better to have a Spar here instead, much better service.
