Pick and pick malvern

I recently visited the pick and pay at the malvern centre I went to get some stuff for my son however I couldn't find the said products which is fine , however as I reach the till I said since I'm here near by let me just get cigarettes, when I got to the till I met with 02 X females who were the cashier and packers.... I said can I please have Malbourgh red she rudely stated to me the cigarette counter is there this is for groceries only but at that time 2023/12/12 around half 1 during the day it was dead quiet all cashiers were mostly available, she then continued to talk stories with one of the packrs and refused to help me I said to her its quiet can't you assist me she stated no in a rude way its for groceries and ima go there and continued talking stories in an angry manner I stated to her you are dam rude and lazy and left .....

This behaviour is unacceptable is this the staff pick and pay is employing ive been staying in the malvern area for years and it's sad to have service like this I was told before about the rude behaviour and I never believed it but now I can c the truth ....

I will be informing and making people aware of the bad service
