Pick and pay workshop in Durban should start hiring people that want to work
I experienced the worst customer experience in my whole entire life I was at the pick and pay in Durban Central workshop Friday the 6th 2020.the teller was Prudence L working in 1/2.she had us waiting in the line for over an hour 30 minutes with no explanation as to what is happening she just sat there with her hands folded and couldn't give a s*** about the people that were standing there but mind you she had a lot to talk about to her colleagues but no explanation to us while we waited in the line with no explanation why the line was not moving and why she was not taking any more customers that is just totally unacceptable unacceptable she's absolutely rude she has no customer experience she needs to be retrained and the worst part is that if she looked old so I'm guessing she has been with the organisation for a long time.a simple explanation would have been a great help just so that we know what was going on instead of her to fold her arms. it was the worst experience ever and the worst part I was at the 10 items or less counter which should be an Express counter in and out but we were there for 1 hour 30 minutes.I still don't know what was wrong with her till but she took it to herself that she was gonna use this "free time" that she had to play catch up with her colleagues instead of explaining to us the customers because we are going to be spending our own money it's not like pick n pay was giving out free parcels we are spending our own money. I am still so Upset unacceptable bull****. can you please make sure that this matter is attended to and somebody to gives me a call.
