Pick and pay , tyme bank

I was wooed into opening a tyme bank account at Pick n pay durban north which I did in most part because pick n pay supports Tyme bank activities in most of their stores. Having a name like pick n pay behind time back obviously advocating their business through promotions and references I eagerly joined. About 2 weeks ago a ***** purchase was done on my account after notifying tyme bank they are refusing to pay me back as they say it was a card purchase done in Umlazi . I have my card with me and I never do any purchases in Umlazi. They are failing to admit my card was cloned and are unsympathetic to my plight. Their poor trained staff in their call centres including their management haven't a clue how to investigate and protecting the rights of their customers. I contacted pick n pay who simply are not interested because they say tyme bank doesnt belong to them. That may be so but why then does pick n pay advocates and support tyme bank with offers exclusive to them.I challenge pick n pay to look at all the negative complaints on hello Peter regarding tyme banks inability to resolve issues and then comment .STOP SUPPORTING THEM THEY ARE BRINGING DISREPUTE TO THE PICK N PAY BRAND.
