PICK AND PAY "THE CRESCENT " UMHLANGA NEEDS MORE COMPETENT OVERSIGHT

Pick 'n Pay at The CRESCENT in UMHLANGA is in DIRE NEED of new MANAGEMENT . On Friday the 12th August 2022 at 11 am they were only 3 CASHIERS open and needless to mention a lot of customers in the STORE . I queried this poor state of affairs with a gentlemen who was supposedly from MANAGEMENT . His response was " I AM LOOKING INTO IT " This state is NOT ACCEPTABLE . When the STORE opened at 9 am what were you doing for 2 hours and COUNTING . CLEARLY . MEDIOCRITY has become the NORM at this STORE . YOU can do far better than this . WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE.
