pick and pay terrible customer service
I purchased 4 pick n pay brand 6pack yogurts from pick n pay trade route mall. the expiry date is 14 november 2018 but the yougurt was expired. the quality of the pick n pay brands are pathetic, i will never purchase a pick n pay brand again.when i called the customer care number , they took my details and said they will call me back regarding the expired yogurt. i received no call and nothing was done about the problem i expereinced. .
