Pick and Pay Support Team Are Liers

It's been 26 days since I asked that the money taken from my account by Pick and Pacy ASAP be returned. Twice now, they have said it has been resolved, and twice they have been lying. I am still waiting for the matter to be dealt with and all I have been getting is notification of tickets being closed. Pick and Pay Support is anything but.
