Pick and pay Store account worst customer service

I have asked them to close my store account, I was told they close accounts every Friday, my account was supposed to be closed 13 Octobe, 2018 Friday. Dololo it's now Saturday account is still active.

Hi, Pick N Pay It has been a week since you rep****, nothing has happened, the account is still active. When will it be closed? Why does it take soo long to just close a fully paid account?
