Pick and pay stamp collection

During the whole pick n pay promo of the stamp collection,pick n pay informed its customers that we can collect our booklets for the stamps troughout december but that is not the case,once the stamp collection ended on the 18 nov 2018 so did the collection of the booklet****** and pay never had enough booklets they was always "out of stock" or they was just holding it back so customers cant claim their vouchers?if pick and pay dont have the booklets then they must accept the stickers loose not tel us they cant cause it can get lost.it becomes the customers problem that pick and pay never have the booklets.the staff are blady hell rude!pick and pay staff keep the booklets to give their families wat about its blady customers?pick and pay must refund all its customers for their stickers if they not going to give us the booklets for it as we only got till 30 dec 2018 to use it! And further more they must have a spot where it be kept so customers can get it themself and not have to deal with their blady hell rude staff when we ask for the booklets!pick and pay never have a problem or any excuse during the collection period of the stamps and taking our money,but now when we want to claim it then they have all kinds excuse? They dont have the booklets,they cant take it loose,you need a smart shopper card but the terms and conditions clearly states its was open to every customer incl pick and pay staff,now that its customers want to claim then pick and has a problem?
