Pick and Pay so nasty so rude

Had to deal with a poor customer service experience from a till cashier(Masabata) at Pick and Pay Parys who was so rude and even gave me attitude because she told me straight in my face that she will not help me when I reported her to the supervisor she was told to assist me but wasn't happy with that as a result I had to deal with her highest form of disrespect. I called her out for what she was doing but did not care and continued to throw ugly words at me in front of her supervisor. I'm completely disappointed and frustrated with regards to the level of behavior she had towards me, it's absolutely unacceptable and so nasty. What a bad way to treat another human being.
