Pick and pay smart shopper personal discounts

Pick and pay smart card issue emails offering personal discounts which you load by picking the items on the email attachment four times we tried to get a discount not once did that discount load, we were told we had to download an app on the phone i cant as i have a cheap hisense which has small space and then told we had to go to the pick and pay kiosk to activate????? Why i have downloaded these many times before and the discount always goes through an example they offered me R10 rand off lopis cat litter than was taken off and i downloaded it at the same time - seems someone does not know how to work this out i want my discount please
