pick and pay service worse than that of eskom's

Yesterday I had the misfortune of shopping at pick and pay Cresta all I can say is the service from pick and pay is a whole lot worse than that of eskom.

Cresta lunch time long queues and only a few tills open so I did the right thing and tracked down the manager to lodge a complaint who to put it politely couldn't care a dam and choose to ignore me and started to deal with another customer.

So I placed my goods on her table and walked out and went to Spar up the road where I walked in made my purchase and NO LONG QUEUES.

SO WHAT MAKES PICK AND PAY SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO IMPORTANT THAT THEY HAVE A RIGHT TO WASTE CLIENTS TIME BY STANDING IN LOOOOOOOONG QUEUES to purchase groceries. I am already shopping less at pick and pay now I won't be shopping with you if this attitude persists. My time is importany to me even if you think it is not.
