Pick and Pay service absolute poor and disgusting.

My wife ordered a BBQ chicken from Brackenfell PnP Hypermarket this morning on their delivery service. When I got home at 17h00, she wanted to heat this chicken for us but I stopped her. What a shame that a company like PnP had dropped their standards like this. The chicken is the size of a 500 g tub of margarine. The wings are burnt to crisps. That is not even enough for one person to eat . Where did this go wrong. Maybe that's why they are closing al*****. No service. I took this bat back to the hypermarket, asked for a manager, which came to me, with a look of why do you waste my time after 17h00. I told and showed him what piece of s. . They brought me for R 98.99. this is daylight *******. We are pensioners, and this is how even us get nailed. I hope Shaun Summers sees this complaint. The deli manager was called but never came. They wanted to offer me another bat, but I said no. The manager just told me to go and get a refund. No one is interested in the problem, no one is even looking at this underage chicken sold ast this ridiculous price. Thanks, but no thanks. This company won't see us again. Heckers, here we come.
