Pick and Pay **** sale Aim tv 49 inch

I bought a AIm 49 inch tv in december 2018 from pick and pay. i have phoned them on a few accussions as I had problems with login into play store and their answer was unplug and it will reboot and everything will be fine. This never happened. Last week Friday Night I was watching a movie on Netflix and started hearing a sound coming from the tv and the nect moment the tv went blank and when I turned it on the tv screen was cracked. I took the tv to pick and py william moffet hypermarket on saturday. The gent Thomas helped me and filled in the paperwork to sent it to ZC Electronics as they are the company that supp**** the tvs to them. On monday thomas phoned and said his waiting for a call from Zc Electronics and as soon as he gets info he will phone me. Tuesday afernoon I phoned to find out whats going on, he phonmed me back and said Zc Electronics say they will not repair nor replace the unit and the waranty is nul in void now and I said but we have a 3 year waranty and he said he will sent me the email they sent him. This is unacceptable why buy something for 5000 and get told you have to buy a new one as they will not help me. Who can help me take this further as I have also logged acomplaint with the consumer act to help. This is unacceptable Pick and Pay is *****es do not buy anything from them they will promise the world to you and lie to your face that you have a waranty and if something goes wrong they shift the blame and does nothing to help
