PICK AND PAY SANRIDGE SQUARE MIDRAND WHAT A NIIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE

I made a purchase using my RCS card on the 06th of September 2021. The amount was deducted by RCS, however Pick and Pay Sanridge Square Midrand says they cannot retrieve the amount. I have called the store numerous times to no avail I was told to email my statement which I received and emailed through too their Accounts Department. I went to the store on the 15th to find out the status of my query. After confronting the manager and her assistant I then decided to grab some groceries made my payment for my groceries the security stops me and demands to search me. I was livid because I felt violated as she approached me only. I then cross questioned the security I emptied my handbag and she was embarrassed. My question too her is why is she profiling me of the customers in the store exiting she wants to search my handbag. The sad reality is with the nightmare experience I have received I am never ever supporting that store again. I am a loyal customer of this store so I am highly dissappointed and I will refer my experience to social platforms and family and friends. The manager cannot give me answers she does not know anything, useless is an understatement. They do have answers neither do they have a Turn Around Time for my funds to be re-embursed.
