Pick and Pay Salesperson Not Replying to Emails

Last year, Pick n Pay staff gave me the contact details for one of their colleagues, Peter Saunderson, so I could discuss buying Pick n Pay products. I e-mailed him on 28 March 2024 but he did not reply. I next e-mailed him on 28 July 2024 and he did not reply to that e-mail. Today is 26 January 2025. Does he have a major backlog of e-mails and, if so, when will he get around to mine?
