Pick and Pay ruining my credit score

I had an account with Pick n Pay under account number *** and card number ***.

This account was paid off, Pick n Pay has confirmed this, however, on comupscan, the account is listed as in arrears. I have asked Pick n Pay over and over again to send me a paid up letter that I can send to compuscan for them to update the account as paid up.

Pick n pay has been promising to send me this letter since 24 May 2021, I still have not received this letter. This is a problem for me because the adverse listing on compuscan is affecting my credit score. Can pick and play please send me a paid up letter asap! PLEASE!
