Pick and Pay rude and hugely inefficient

Never use Pick and Pay online shopping service. What should have a convenience turned into a hugely unpleasant, time consuming and frustrating experience. To wait two hours to collect your online purchases is totally unacceptable. Not only would it have been quicker to shop for the items myself in store, I would have been able to collect everything I needed instead of wasting two hours with a third of my list of items simply not available. Staff at Woodmead branch are doing you a favor to help you, and you are actually a huge inconvenience. They scream at each other over your head, but refuse to communicate with you what is going on and why you are waiting, when you insist on receiving this info, you're told you are rude with them. Clearly this branch should tell their white clients they are not welcome and that screaming at each other, while ignoring their client is totally acceptable to them and their floor manager. This behavior is totally unacceptable to any reasonably educated Western individual or culture. To the public out there, I can only advise that online shopping with Woolworth's is an absolute pleasure, it's not worth spoiling your whole day with Pick and Pay and their staff.
